About the Journal

AlManar Journal of Medical and Applied Sciences (MJMAS), is an international peer-reviewed open access journal that provides a fast-track and high-quality peer review process for original research articles, review articles, short communications, and case reports in all areas of medical and applied sciences.

Submissions are accepted in both English and Arabic. The editorial team is responsible for translating the abstract into the other language, so each article will be published with two abstracts: one in English and one in Arabic.

MJMAS operates under an open access publication model, which means that all readers can freely access the journal online without any subscription fees. Please note that there is an article processing and publishing charge of 50 US Dollars for each accepted manuscript, which helps the journal maintain its quality and sustainability.

All papers are subjected to a rigorous peer-review process. With the participation of international referees, decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of submitted manuscripts are made promptly and according to the highest academic standards.

The journal is owned and published by Al-Manar Al-Sateh University, Derna, Libya, and is managed by the editorial team of MJMAS.
